Givenchy: Philippine Editors’ Bag Choice

Today, it’s about the Givenchy Nightingale. Yes, it’s a repeat of a post some months (and perhaps years) ago, but the only reason why it deserves a repeat over and over again? Because this bag style continues to be significant in the bag community ๐Ÿ™‚

Case in point: On the arms (or hands) of… The Editors.

The beautiful JacquiHS, the online editor and also one of the editors of Mega Magazine, a top fashion publication in the Philippines, carrying a bordeaux colored medium Nightingale.
RorieCM, one of the editors of the Philippines’ Town and Country Magazine, carries a black patent quilted Nightingale.

The Givenchy Nightingale will always resurface on my blog because it is already a bag “staple”– yet another tried and tested style. And now, it comes in different colors and also in “evolved” versions ๐Ÿ™‚

Givenchy’s still got its game on! Like Balenciaga, Givenchy is smart enough to let their icon bag evolve without losing the very DNA of the bag’s style success ๐Ÿ˜‰ But without a doubt (at least in my book), Givenchy bags are made way better than Balenciagas (again, this is based on my personal experience of having owned both at the same time, used almost with the same frequency).

Givenchy Bags are available for purchase online HERE, at LUISAVIAROMA.
