Where do the Runway Bags Go??

This morning, I wondered out loud about where runway clothes go– because they certainly don’t go to Barneys or Bergdorf. Apparently I was told that’s why there are Sample Sales.

And now the question– what about those runway bags that don’t ever make it into production? Where do they really go? I am wondering about those LV bags that never made it to the floor. I went to the LV museum and well, they weren’t there! So where are they???

I think I just found my first topic for a story for 2010. I hope I get some answers though. Stay tuned 🙂
